Room was beyond horrible staff had no care of my concerns asked for non smoking,got smoking wouldn't recommend this hotel even to a homeless person

The first room we got had a broken AC so we got put in a better room fairly quickly. The staff was nice. we didn't get house keeping services so we had to ask for new towels, they were very accommodating.
Far from attractions we wanted to see/do. Breakfast was always gone by time we got down stairs, 8-8:30am, and it was supposed to last until 9:30. No pots or pans in the "working kitchen". You can hear everything the people are doing above you. We got called and told to be quite even though we weren't doing anything but getting dressed

There were homeless men outside at all times & after 10pm they were wondering around inside hotel.
There should be 1-2 security guards at all times. I didn't feel comfortable letting my children stay there so they went to their aunts

The brand-new hotel was awesome. The inclusion of a microwave, a fridge, and kitchenware in the queen studio was nice. The room had a soft bed and a private bathroom. The staff were pleasant and great. The airport was just a 20-minute drive away.

Size of room and asked for extra stuff and never got it.
